Kyle Petro graduated from the University of Texas’ School of Architecture with a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture. Through his years of schooling, Kyle focused on the details and techniques of construction. It was here that Kyle developed his interest in building, from the scale of a single piece of furniture up to the level of a building. Kyle spent his next 3 years utilizing all he had learned working for a custom furniture company, where he designed and built fine furniture for a variety of clients. Kyle then went on to take a job as an energy modeler where he analyzed the energy efficiency of commercial buildings through energy modeling computer software. After moving to Dallas, Kyle pursued a career with Phillip Jennings Custom Homes to utilize the skills that he has developed over the years. His keen eye for detail and a desire to be directly involved in the process makes him perfectly suited as a manager in high-end luxury home building.
